Do you offer bundle packages for your services?
Yes, we have four different visual bundle packages that allow you to save 10% off the total cost of the services when bundled together. For more details, please refer to our price list.
How quickly can I expect to receive my completed media?
Our standard turnaround time for most services is same-day, designed to meet the fast-paced demands of the real estate market. However, premium services and larger projects, such as those for hotels, may require additional time. Regardless, we continuously strive to offer the industry’s fastest turnaround times.
Can you handle commercial real estate projects?
Absolutely, our services extend to commercial real estate, offering specialized photography, video tours, and floor plans tailored for commercial spaces.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes, we offer drone photography services to capture stunning aerial views of your property. All our pilots are Transport Canada certified and we adhere to local regulations to ensure safety and compliance.

While we don’t directly integrate media, we do offer formats that are compatible with most booking and reservation systems.
Do you offer social media-ready content?

Do I need to be a Realtor®?
No, our services are available to anyone—be it for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
What is Uplist and how does it work? Can I host my own content on it?
Uplist is a listing page provided free with the order of any Realfoto content. An excellent way to host all your media and contact information, it’s also easy to share and is compatible with most social media platforms. Looking to host your own content through Uplist? Can I pay you through my brokerage office?
We collaborate with various local brokerages. Please check with us when placing your order; otherwise, a valid credit card is required.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you offer weekend services?
We do not offer weekend services. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm PST to best serve your needs.

Do I own the photos after purchasing? Who owns content?
Realfoto retains all rights to the content produced. You purchase a license to use it within a specific context.
Can I request my favorite photographer?
Certainly, though availability may vary. All our photographers are trained to provide consistent quality.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule?
Flexible rescheduling options are available. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $100 fee per appointment type.
Can I use the media for multiple listings?
Usage rights are generally limited to the specific listing for which the media was created, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Is my media optimized for mobile platforms?
Yes, we ensure that all media is optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms for maximum reach and visibility.

Do your technicians provide staging or cleaning services?
Our team focuses exclusively on capturing your property in its best light; we don’t offer physical cleaning or staging services. Please ensure the property is ready for photography as-is. If you’re interested, we do offer virtual staging services to enhance your property’s appeal.
How should hotels prepare for a photo shoot?
Ensure all public and private spaces are clean and well-lit. Highlight amenities and set up any seasonal or special features you wish to showcase.
What should I do if my property is currently occupied?
For both hotels and residential listings, inform occupants in advance and ensure that personal items are stowed away, and the property is clean.
How long does a standard photo shoot take?
For residential listings, a standard shoot takes 1-2 hours. For hotels, the time may vary based on the size and features of the property.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
While it’s not mandatory for you to be present, it’s often beneficial, especially if there are specific features you wish to highlight.
